Open Coil
Open coil mattresses consist of an inter-connected spring system. Open coil mattresses are great for relieving your body of aches and pains by evenly dispersing your weight so that no one part of your body is experiencing pressure, making for a more restfl nights sleep. You can choose from a range of firmness levels to suit your needs, whether you prefer a soft, cushioned mattress or a firmer feel with added support.
Pocket Sprung
Pocket sprung mattresses use individual pocket springs. This allows them to respond to pressure, which means they adapt and contour to your body shape, maximisng comfort and suport. The are available in varying firmness from soft through to extra firm and are a great option if you share a bed, as the individual pockets prevent "roll-together" (where you both fall into the middle of the bed) during the night. Memory Foam
Memory foam mattresses are made with a high-density foam which responds to the shape of your body for a personalised support. This is great for pressure relief. Memory foam mattresses also help to keep the spine alligned which promotes a better sleeping position, maximising the quality of your sleep.
Memory Gel
Memory gel is similar to memory foam, it moulds to your body to provide ultimate support and comfort, promoting a better quality of sleep and comfort. It disperses weight evenly, reducing pressure on your body. However, Memory gel mattresses are gel infused, which helps reduce heat retention in the mattress and provides a cooler, more rejuvinating nights sleep.
Latex
Latex mattresses are made up of a combination of latex foam with either springs or reflex foam to create a supportive and durable sleep surface. They are resillient meaning they easily retain their shape and have natural elastic properties to rapidly respond to the bodies movement and provide support.
